1. Direct and manage turnkey-based project development beginning to end. 2. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals； in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 3. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. 4. Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects. 5. Oversee Managers and teams working on client engagements to ensure they are within Omega’s processes and practices. 6. Review high-level deliverables across projects. 7. Implement process review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful ution of projects as measured by quarterly and yearly goals and customer satisfaction levels 8. Minimize our exposure and risk across multiple projects. 9. Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects. 10. Participate in team and key client meetings.

1. 3 years of experience in marine, shipyard, petrochemical, power plant, oil & gas or other harsh industries. 2. Lead and ute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. 3. Lead team to meet daily schedules on operational aspects of all projects and related activities. 4. Effectively apply Omega methodology throughout the project ution.
