客服专员 6-8千/月

1.Responsible for creating Sales Order and reviewing the contracts. 2.Deal with customer queries relating to MOQ, price, deliveries and product information. 3.Support sales team to take whatever steps are necessary to prevent cancellations and communicate information to plant or US counterpart. 4.Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints. 5.Establish and maintain customer business relationships. 6.Coordinate with all functions of Shaw in order to get effective support from other departments and satisfy customer requirements. 7.Other task assigned by leader.

1.Bachelor or college degree in business or relevant. 2.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service. 3.Excellent verbal and written English. 4.Good inter-person communication and presentation skills. 5.Strong study aspiration & ability and good oversee & cross thinking capability. 6.Have high capability of dependability and ethical behavior.
