1. To plan and pull resources to kickoff projects with a scheduled meeting that involves all concerned parties; 2. To work closely with all departments and monitor their progress so that any deviations could be dealt with speedily; 3. To chair periodic meetings to divest information and collect data and compare against project schedule; 4. To plan and source for right materials, fixtures and equipment so as to ensure uninterrupted execution; 5. To assist the manager in planning the entire project costing; 6. To highlight to production the special key areas where technical expertise are required; 7. To get assistance to work out labor requirement and plan machine capacity utilization; 8. To build team spirit, you are required to establish close working relationship with all levels in the organization; 9. To take special assignment which the company may from time to time request.
