General Summary:
Be responsible for carrying out the HR related procedure and policy implement. Including training, recruitment, C&B, employee relation. Provide advice and direction for all HR coordinator of each Dep.

Job Responsibility:
Training & Employee development
 Plan and build training program for employee development, Monitor and track budget for training.
 Design some program for in-house training and seminar, reviewing and modification.
 In-house training Organization, making annually in-house training plans, develop serous training: orientation training; GMP; Handbook; code of business conduct and affirmation; communication training, five-pillars for production training. Drafting the training review report.
 Be in charge of external training project development, making plan and assist external training program.
 Management and implement company tuition plan.
Recruitment
 Responsible for employee recruitment, make sure the recruitment procedure is tight and smoothly.
 Develop recruitment outsourcing, post job advertisement.
 Resume collection and CV screening. Make reference check according to the requirement of position.
 “Check-in “physical examination organization and offer letter’s delivery.

C&B
 Make sure the policy and procedure for C&B systems is lawful and meets the labor law needs.
 Supplier management, including social insurance and housing fund.
 Working years update for employee and report.

Labor relation
 “Suggestion box” for employee’s tracking and record.
 Organization election for “excellent employee”.
 Employee contract management, including employee contract renewal is lawfully and punctually.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources and related.
 At least 3 years experience in related filed
 Good command of both English and Chinese
 Good command of Computer Skills. Familiar with kindom system other related human resources system.
 A team player, self-motivated
