1) Environmental Management • Compliance Management: Keep track of national and local laws and regulations related to ecological environment in real time, and update the enterprise environmental protection management system in a timely manner. • Pollution Control: Monitor the management of pollutants such as wastewater and waste gas, supervise the normal operation of treatment facilities, and conduct regular inspections and update account records. • Waste Management: Standardize waste disposal procedures, liaise with compliant disposal organizations, and improve relevant account records. • Environmental Declaration & Inspection Reception: Complete various special environmental declarations including annual environmental reports and pollutant discharge permit applications; coordinate daily inspections by relevant government authorities. 1）环境管理工作 合规管理：实时跟进国家及地方生态环境相关法律法规，及时更新企业环保管理制度； 污染管控：追踪废水废气等污染物的管理，监督治理设施的正常运行，定期检查及更新台账记录； 废弃物管理：规范废弃物的处置流程，对接合规处置单位，完善相关台账工作； 环保申报与迎检：企业环保年报、排污许可申报等各类环保专项申报工作，对接相关政府部门的日常检查； 2) Occupational Health Management • System Maintenance & Tracking: Update the enterprise occupational health management system and control procedures in real time. • Hazard Identification & Monitoring: Regularly conduct testing for occupational hazard factors at workplaces and publicize test results. • Employee Health Management: Arrange pre-employment, on-the-job and post-separation occupational health examinations for employees, establish occupational health files and follow up on personnel with abnormal health indicators. • PPE Control: Supervise employees to correctly wear and use personal protective equipment, and implement occupational protection measures for each position. • Health Education: Carry out regular training and popularization of occupational health knowledge. 2）职业健康管理工作 体系维护与追踪：实时更新企业职业健康管理制度，职业健康管控流程； 危害辨识与检测：定期开展作业场所职业病危害因素检测，公示检测结果； 员工健康管理：组织新员工入职、在岗、离岗职业健康体检，建立员工职业健康档案及跟踪异常人员； 防护管控：监督员工正确佩戴使用防护用品，落实岗位职业防护措施； 健康宣教：开展常态化职业健康知识培训、科普宣传； 3) Work Safety Management • System Development & Maintenance: Cooperate with third parties to improve the enterprise work safety management system, and promote the implementation of standardized safety management. • Safety Hazard Inspection: Conduct daily safety patrols, special safety inspections, and pre-holiday comprehensive safety inspections. • Work Safety Control: Strictly implement the permit system for special operations, supervise on-site safety guardianship and standardized operating procedures for hazardous work. • Fire & Equipment Safety Management: Perform regular inspection, maintenance and replacement of fire-fighting facilities, security equipment and emergency supplies within the plant. • Incident & Emergency Management: Coordinate enterprise work safety emergency management; organize the compilation and revision of various emergency response plans; regularly carry out fire drills, emergency evacuation drills and incident response drills. In case of safety abnormalities or accidents, participate in on-site response, accident investigation and root cause analysis immediately, formulate rectification and preventive measures, and complete accident reports. 3）安全生产管理工作 制度体系建设与维护：与第三方对接，完善企业安全生产管理制度，推动安全管理标准化、规范化落地； 安全隐患排查：负责日常安全生产巡查、专项安全检查、节前安全大检查等； 作业安全管控：严格落实特殊作业审批制度，监督危险作业的现场安全监护及规范作业流程； 消防与设备安全管理：负责厂区消防设施、安防设备、应急器材的定期检查、维护、保养及更换； 事故应急管理：统筹企业安全生产应急管理工作，组织编制、修订各类安全应急预案，定期开展消防演练、应急疏散演练、突发事故处置演练；发生安全异常或事故时，第一时间参与现场处置、事故调查、原因分析，制定整改及预防措施，完成事故报告。 4) External Liaison & Continuous Improvement • Liaise with government authorities including emergency management, ecological environment and health departments, complete filings, applications and inspection receptions, communicate latest policy requirements in a timely manner and implement compliance rectification. • Participate in EHS review of new, reconstruction and expansion projects of the enterprise, put forward optimization suggestions from safety, environmental protection and occupational health perspectives, and implement the "Three Simultaneities" requirements for projects. • Regularly review EHS management performance, sort out management loopholes, optimize management systems and procedures, and continuously reduce corporate EHS risks. • Establishment and maintenance of the ISO14001 system. 4）对外对接与持续改进 对接应急管理、生态环境、卫健等政府部门，完成各类报备、申报、迎检工作，及时传达最新政策要求，落实合规整改工作； 参与企业新建、改建、扩建项目的EHS评审，从安全、环保、职业健康角度提出优化建议，落实项目三同时管理要求； 定期复盘EHS管理工作，梳理管理漏洞，优化管理制度和流程，持续降低企业EHS风险； ISO14001体系建立与维护。

1）Education: College degree or above;Age 25-40 教育：大专及以上学历；年龄：25-40岁 2）Experience: Candidates with more than 2 years of relevant working experience, or holding a Certified Safety Engineer /Safety Administrator Qualification / Occupational Health Administrator Certificate or environmental protection-related certificates shall be prefered. 经验：有 2 年以上相关经验者，持有注册安全工程师、安全管理人员合格证、职业健康管理员证书、环保相关证书者优先； 3）Skills: Familiar with office automation tools; English reading and writing ability, able to communicate in English ; 技能：熟练使用办公EXCEL WORD.PPT工具 ；具有一定的英语读、写能力，能够用英语进行交流者； 4）Others: Ability to work independently and under pressure, good personality. 其他：具有独立工作能力并能够承受一定工作压力 ，性格良好。
