1. know EHS related laws and regulation, update site occupational hygiene (OH) and environmental protection (EP) procedures; Identify OH and EP related laws and regulations regularly; 2. To organize annual health check and candidate and resigning staff health check; set up and manage staff health check archives to follow up the results; apply and handle injury accident; 3. Provide the EHS training to employees and commit on EHS awareness improvement; notify employees site occupational hazard factors and their health check results; 4. Be responsible for legal compliance of OH and EP assessment for new project, expansion project and MOC; 5. Contact the external supplier to arrange annual OH test as the plan; arrange OP waste water; waste gas and noise detection; 6. Participate in the investigation of injury accidents and identify the root cause and develop the preventive and corrective actions; Participate in site EHS audit / inspection and ensure all the improvement actions closed as plan; Participate in site Emergency Response management; Participate in site correction; 7. Be responsible for applying transportation; treatment and report to local authority on line of dangerous solid waste; 8. ISO14001 annual internal and external audit.
1. Safety or Environment or chemical engineer degree; 2. Experienced in EHS management with over 5 years of working experience; 3. Familiar with EHS regulations and codes for chemical production; 4. Experience with regulatory assessments, EPB permit evaluations and applications, wastewater authority discharge requirement, and waste management; 5. Experience successfully implementing environmental systems; 6. High technical/professional knowledge and skills; 7. Good coaching skill in EHS with good communication skill; 8. Keep efficiency communication and build good relationship with governments like Safety/Environment Bureau. 9. Written bilingual communication capability
