1）Responsible for quality work, dealing with the relevant quality affairs within the scope of authority; 负责质量管理工作，处理职权范围内的相关质量事务； 2) Evaluate raw materials, components and other inputs in production processes, liaise with external suppliers to ensure products meet company quality standards; 评估原材料、部件和生产流程的其他投入，联络外部供应商，确保产品符合公司质量标准； 3）Organize the formulation of quality plan, be responsible for the discussion with other related department members, and formulate the plan to improve and enhance the quality; 组织制定质量计划，负责与其他相关部门成员进行研讨，制定改善和提高质量的方案； 4）Investigate and analyze quality accidents, put forward handling suggestions and report to leaders for approval; 对质量事故进行调查分析，提出处理意见并报领导审批； 5）Organize system-related training, publicize system-related knowledge, train and manage internal audit personnel; Responsible for arranging the daily work of relevant quality personnel (subordinates), and inspecting, supervising and evaluating their work; 组织体系相关培训，宣传体系相关知识，培训、管理内审人员；负责安排相关质量人员(下属)日常工作，并对其工作进行检查和监督及考评； 6）Be responsible for IATF16949 and ISO daily management; Formulate total quality management manual, formulate quality inspection standards, and organize quality personnel to implement them; 负责IATF16949及ISO的日常管理工作；制定全面质量管理手册，制定质量检验标准，并组织质量人员实施； 7）Manage environmental protection and occupational health-related work. 管理环保及职业健康相关工作。

1）Education: Bachelor degree or above; 教育：本科及以上学历； 2）Experience: At least 5 years quality working experience in manufacturing industry, ERP system operation experience is preferred; 经验：5年以上制造行业担任质量相关工作经验，有ERP系统操作经验更佳； 3）Skills: Understand 5W and fishbone diagram; Familiar with office automation tools; English reading and writing ability, able to communicate in English; 技能：了解5W及鱼骨图；熟练使用办公自动化工具；具有一定的英语读、写能力，能够用英语进行交流； 4）Training: ISO9001 or IATF16949 internal auditor, receiving five tools training is preferred; 培训：通过ISO9001或IATF16949内审员，接收五大工具培训尤佳； 5）Others: Ability to work independently and have good team work spirit, Good communication skills. 其他：具有独立工作能力并有良好的团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧。
