Main Responsibilities: The position is based in Changshu R&D Center, which provide great support to BUs for their business. The position holder belongs to High performance polymer R&D organization and in charge of application support & technical support for specialty fluoropolymers products. The job holder also should be in charge of the lab and lab activities management, CAPEX & OPEX follow up/budget setting, and participate in CSR project. Market: filtration membrane, water membrane, biomedical membrane Interaction: R&D team, experts in Japan, US and France, sales & business development team, customers 1.Safety: -Follow the HSE instructions in R&D center and specific safety rules & SOPs in the labs. -Understood HSE & Fire-fighting hazard with in his/her position and at workplace. To implement position safety responsibility strictly. -Be familiar with the safety production rules and SOPs within his/he position. Be in charge of safety operation skills, be active in participant kind of safety activities including educations and trainings，safety meeting, safe start etc. -To understand the emergency treatment measures, to strengthen the ability on accident prevention and emergency response. be aware of his/her rights and duties in safety production. 2.R&D application research and technical support for fluoropolymers filtration market: - DOE design and lab work arrangement. Supervise lab technician for the lab work. Lab sample and test results analysis - Lab capacity build up according to the business and market needs - Lab management, lab technician management -New application development and patent publication 3.On-site technical assistance support at customers, issue and diffuse reports timely 4.Active and effective interaction and communication with global fluoropolymers R&D, TS team 5.Coordination in the University-Company Collaboration projects

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 1.Education: PhD degree in the field of polymer or material area; 2.+2 years R&D working experience, preferably in filtration membrane, water membrane,biomedical membrane; 3.Good communication, problem solving skills, proactive, willingness to grow/learn. 4.Environmental, Health, and Safety Awareness. 5.Fluent in English/Mandarin, knowledge of French is a plus.
