Scope of Responsibilities
1. Operates a switchboard, answers incoming calls and takes messages for customer.
2. Optimize the system of visitor and carry out all department required work.
3. Make air ticket and hotel reservation for travel staffs.
4. Deliver and follow the company sample.
5. Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies and equipment;
6. Responsible for reviewing, updating, annual report and other related work of the company's qualification documents;
7. Responsible for organizing, planning and coordinating the organization and coordination of major activities such as annual outing and annual dinner party;
8. Responsible for the attendance check, salary check and filing of the company's security guards;
9. Responsible for the management and distribution of company drivers and shuttle buses;
10. Responsible for the sorting, reimbursement and summary of various expenses of the administration department;
11. Responsible for scheduling of company leaders and visiting customers;
12. Responsible for preparation of invitation letter, visa issues;
13. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by company leaders and department managers。

Qualifications
Majored in management college graduate or above, with more than 1 year related working experience;
Basic written and oral ability in the English language;
Good typing skills and computer operation, such as MS Word/ Excel etc;
Professional telephone etiquette and polite manner;
Effective time management and organizational skills;
Good team player, with ability to interact wittily and effectively with staff at all levels;
Ability to work accurately, quickly and complete tasks according to specific instructions;
Willingness to seek assistance from more experiences staff and learn from them;
Customer service oriented, enthusiasm and patience.
