1.指导并推动各部门及时识别其相关的EHS法规，管理工厂法规总单，持续跟踪国家及地方EHS法规的更新动态。 Guide and drive all departments to identify relevant EHS regulations, manage the factory’s master list of regulations, and continuously track updates of national and local EHS regulations. 2.指导并推动各部门合规改善，落实法规辨识的相关行动项。 Guide and drive all departments to carry out compliance improvements and implement the action items derived from regulatory identification. 3.完成工厂日常及项目的安全、卫生、环保评估报告及应急预案的更新。 Complete routine and projectrelated safety, health, environmental assessment reports for the factory, and update emergency response plans. 4.完成日常运行相关合规报告，如工厂卫生监测、省及市风险汇报、管理相关合规数据。 Complete compliance reports for routine operations, including factory health monitoring, provincial and municipal risk report, and managing all compliancerelated data. 5.做好工厂环保管理，执行环评，主要包括废气及生活废水的监测、执行排污许可、确保废气达标排放、放射源管理以及危废处置的合规管控。 Manage environmental protection of the factory and implement environmental impact assessment (EIA). Key tasks include monitoring of waste gas and domestic wastewater, compliance with pollutant discharge permit requirements, ensuring waste gas discharge meets standards, management of radioactive sources, and standardized & compliant control over hazardous waste disposal. 6.参与对接环保、应急、卫健等政府部门检查及沟通，完成相关申报、检查及整改工作。 Take part in coordination and communication with government departments such as environmental protection, emergency management and health authorities, and conduct relevant declarations, inspections and rectifications. 7.做好工厂运行的合规性评审，完成各部门的合规审核。 Conduct compliance reviews on factory operations and complete compliance audits for all departments. 8.协助公司安全文化建设和宣传工作，如关键安全工具、生命保护规则、行为安全管理等关键要求。 Support the development and communication of corporate safety culture, including key requirements such as key safety tools, lifesaving rules and behavioral safety management. 9.协助安全文化核心建设工具的落地，如安全停机机制、安全警报、以及主要风险讲解，成为公司安全文化专家。 Assist in the implementation of core safety culture development tools, such as the TOP STOP, safety alerts and Key risks briefings, and act as the company’s safety culture expert. 10.协助公司主要安全风险辨识及措施跟进，以及行为安全和生命保护规则的监督执行。 Support identification, follow up actions of the company’s key risks, and oversee the implementation of behavioral safety and lifesaving rules. 11.参与日常安全巡查、高风险作业审批与监督。 Take part in daily safety inspections and the approval & supervision of high-risk work. 12.参与公司EHS相关制度及政策制定。 Involved in the definition of the company safety, occupational health and environment policy. 13.参与安全风险分析，起草或优化与公司 EHS 制度相关的作业指导书及管理规定。 Participate in safety risk analysis, and draft or optimize work instructions and regulations relevant to the company’s EHS policies. 14.公司安排的其他相关事宜。Perform other duties as assigned.

1.Bachelor degree or above，Safety Engineering or related technical field. 2.ISO14001,ISO 45001 internal auditor,Safety Standardization Management.CSE Qualification is must.（必须持有注册安全工程师（CSE）证书 ） 3.Good oral and written English.（英语可作为工作语言，熟练听说读写 ） 4.Familiar with Microsoft office. 5.5 years in multinational company, good at mechanical or chemical industry safety. 6.Experienced in EHS compliance management and corporate safety culture development. 7.Background in mechanical manufacturing, such as paper production, steel sheet producing, rubber products manufacture. 8.Good knowledge of HSE regulation & procedure. 9.With experience in EHS compliance management and corporate safety culture building.
